Package contents and software / firmware specifications are intended as a guide only, these may change from time to time according to the manufacturer. User manuals may come as a photocopy or softcopy of English language.
Many items are international models as we sell
worldwide to USA and UK customers as well as Australia and NZ, the actual specs
are the same as Australia (multi voltage so 240v compatible) and we include
tiny insulated adaptors for the chargers which click over the end. When ordering
from ApeShop, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
All items are Brand New in Box, in English, Genuine and we have a registered
business in Australia so can provide a full invoice / receipt with our ABN and
12 months warranty. We have professional camera and phone repair centres in
Sydney.
We also guarantee all items are Brand New, Genuine, SIM Free / Unlocked,
Undamaged and Working on arrival - or return in the first 48hrs to our Sydney
office for a replacement. All items must also pass a thorough QC at the
warehouse and are not shipped unless perfect.
Prices are subject to change without notice. No contract shall be formed until the customer's order is accepted by ApeShop and that acceptance is received by the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, customers agree that goods purchased are for their own use and not for re-sale.
Payment for products must be made in full before delivery.
UK / EU customers please note there is always the possibility when buying goods over the internet into the UK / EU that you may be charged duties or VAT. These charges at your end are beyond our control and if they do occur, they are your responsibility, although any extra charges should be minimal.
ApeShop Warranty Policy
12 months warranty against manufacturer defects
ApeShop provides a full 12 months warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the date of purchase. Warranty repairs will be performed by an authorized repairer. The warranty does not cover:
- user caused damage (from user abuse, dropping items etc)
- physical damage to the product
- damage caused by physical stress or external force
- damage caused by liquid, dirt, pests or other foreign substances
- firmware / software problems or compatibility issues
Dead on Arrival Replacement Warranty
Items are given a full QC at the warehouse and not shipped unless perfect. Any DOA claims must be reported immediately to ApeShop within 48hrs. We have very strict deadlines with our distributors for returning DOA items so any claims that the item does not work out of the box must be reported immediately and the item must be brand new and unused which generally means the plastic etc. still on the phone. We will issue an RMA for the item to be returned via registered post. We will reimburse the buyer for the postage cost of returning the item if it is DOA. If the unit is verified as DOA ApeShop will issue a replacement unit if available.
Authorization to return the item to us must be given first and am RMA number provided before returning the product to us or any authorized repairer. ApeShop reserves the right to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty repair.
