Shipping is a flat rate of AU$14.95 for unlimited items via Express Courier, so customers are encouraged to purchase multiple items or to bundle memory cards / accessories when purchasing cameras / phones to save on postage.
Items are usually shipped within 24hrs of payment. We ship direct from our warehouses across Australia, mostly Sydney.
We use Australian Air Express, Startrack Express, Toll Priority or Australia Post eParcel couriers so delivery is extremely fast, typically allow 2-3 business days. Fastest possible delivery is next business day.
Deliveries must be signed for, and our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical business / residential address for delivery (If no-one will be home we suggest you put your work address). If you must ship to PO Box we MAY be able to in some circumstances by using Australia Post, this only applies to Mobile Phones or Digital Cameras, all Computers/IT cannot ship to PO Boxes as our IT couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes and this is beyond our control. Please either pay via Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer or if paying via Credit Card please provide a work / business / gov / edu email address or landline phone number as we receive too many stolen credit cards from free email accounts requesting shipping to PO Boxes.
If your area is Out of Delivery Area for our couriers we may use another service such as Australia Post Registered Post.
At this time we ONLY ship to AUSTRALIA and do not ship internationally. (Unfortunately we cannot even ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK or Europe)
We guarantee all items are BRAND NEW, UNDAMAGED, WORKING and GENUINE. Any goods received Dead on Arrival (which has never happened so far due to our stringent quality control) can be returned to our Sydney office for a prompt refund / exchange.
